So the United States Patent and Trademark office (USPTO) has awarded another stupid patent.  A brief summary of the patent (as well as what the trolls did with it) can be found here.  Basically the patent is for  "a mobile entertainment and communications device." Well, my weekend was interesting. I was up at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning over at a neighbor's house. I never want to see a paintbrush ever again...just kidding. I'm living with my parents for the summer between semesters and my mom decided last weekend (Memorial Day) that we were going to paint her bedroom.
